Notepad++ 5.8.3 release

Notepad++ 5.8.3 release contains a nice look application icon thanks to Notepad++ community: http://sourceforge.net/projects/notepad-plus/forums/forum/331753/topic/3868076
Not only the changed look in this release, some features are enhanced in Notepad++:
- Context menu is improved and more accessible in v5.8.3.
- Files in x64 filesystem are reachable via Notepad++.
- More bugs fixed.
